Do you offer a buy back service?
We do offer a buy back service, the price of which will be fairly based on the age and condition of the unit after usage.
Where can I put my new holiday home?
Our industry experience and contacts enable us to provide prospective purchasers with a limited range of contacts who may have availability.
Will I need planning permission on my own land?
We always advise purchasers to contact their local planning office prior to purchase
What kind of facilities can I expect?
Newer more modern units now all the comforts of home with 240volt electric, central heating, double glazing and even a washing machine.
What are the most common sizes?
The smallest units start at 28 by 10 feet, going up to the larger units which are on average 35 feet x 12 feet although there are some larger ones available
What payments methods do you accept and what deposit is needed?
A 10% deposit will secure any unit. We accept deposits by credit or debit cards, cash or cheque. Full payment needs to be made by cash. cheque or debit card.
